Your body has been speaking long before your mind learned how

At Remind to Feel, I integrate fascia release therapy, neuroscience-based coaching, and educational speaking to guide individuals and communities
back to the intelligence within their own nervous system.
I did not arrive here through theory. I arrived here by learning how to
rebuild my own system from the inside out.
As the author of ReMind to Feel, my work explores how emotional survival becomes identity and how to safely unravel it through fascia, mindset, and embodied awareness.
This is not performance healing. This is not surface-level change.
This is the work of deprogramming inherited patterns,
dismantling conditioned responses, and creating space for something
more honest to emerge.
Here, we do not override the body. We listen to it.
Because the body holds everything.
Conditioning. Stress. Emotion. Memory.
And beneath all of it is a system that knows exactly how to return to
clarity when given the right environment to do so.
This work is about that return.
